By participating in Vorakai’s Starlink Promotional Discount Program, customers agree to the following terms and conditions. 

This promotion offers significant discounts on Starlink hardware, and nstallations, provided that customers agree to have the installation carried out exclusively by Vorakai or its authorized technicians and commit to maintaining a monthly Starlink service plan with Vorakai for a minimum of 12 consecutive months from the activation date.

Discounts are only applicable if both conditions are met, and any early termination or cancellation before the 12-month period will result in the forfeiture of all discounts, with customers potentially liable for the full standard price of hardware, installation, and services minus any payments already made. 

Vorakai reserves the right to suspend or terminate the promotion in the event of non-payment, breach of these terms, or suspected fraudulent activity. The company is not responsible for delays or service interruptions caused by external factors beyond its control, including weather, third parties, or regulatory requirements. These terms may be updated or amended at any time, and continued participation constitutes acceptance of any such changes. 

By signing up for the promotion, customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms, which are governed by the laws of Timor-Leste.
